- Register your username and password.
Before you are allowed to answer any questions you must register. This is a simple process. You simply choose a username and password and enter a few details. Once complete the system will send you an email. Click on the link to confirm your details and you are ready to play and win our daily and weekender prizes. The whole registration process should take less than 5 minutes. Please note that we do not sell or distribute our members details, they are purely for the administration of the game.
- Login to play.
Enter your username and password into the system and login. Once logged in you can check your progress for the month in the member’s area. If you decide to join the site you will find additional information in the members area like the time that the next PrizeWindow is due to open. You will also be eligible to compete for the monthly prize.
- Wait for the next PrizeWindow to open.
Check for the counter on the home page. If it is stopped at 1:00:00 this means that there is no PrizeWindow opening in the next hour. Once that timer starts counting down that is the time remaining until the next PrizeWindow opens. When it reaches 0:00:00 the PrizeWindow opens and the words ‘Click to answer’ are displayed. You now have 24 hours to submit your answer. Better move quickly though as it is the first to submit the correct answer who wins that prize. The exception is the weekender where a winner is generated randomly from all the fully correct entries.
- Answer the qualifying question.
In order for us to offer prizes we accept sponsorship of the daily and weekender prizes. Before you are allowed in to answer the PrizeQuestion you must first correctly answer a simple multiple choice question set by our sponsor. If you answer it incorrectly the system will lock you out for 5 minutes thus diminishing your chances of being the first to answer. We recommend visiting the link to the sponsor before the PrizeWindow opens to prepare.
- Answer the PrizeQuestion.
Easier said than done. The PrizeQuestions are designed to test your resourcefulness to it’s limit. Use any means whatsoever to find the solution. Google it, consult your encyclopedia or click the handy email a friend button if you’re stuck. Even if it proves too difficult remember there’s always another chance to win tomorrow. You have a time limit of 24 hours to submit your answer and you may only submit one answer to each question.
- Check how you did.
Once the PrizeWindow is closed the solution will appear on the top of the home page and on the previous solutions page. On the last completed question page the appeals process is explained. If you are unhappy with solution provided you have 24 hours to appeal after which time the answers are marked and a winner declared. Click on the league table to check how many you have answered correctly and the time you took. You can also see how you fared in comparison with other players.
